This project operates under an institutional-grade Forward Purchase framework. Prior to groundbreaking, a Turnkey Delivery agreement is pre-committed with pre-vetted international hyperscaler operators or global infrastructure funds.
Market volatility and occupancy risks are completely insulated throughout the construction cycle. Upon completion and operational acceptance testing, ownership transfer and capital settlement are triggered automatically, delivering high-certainty, pre-locked premium yields for your capital.
